Faith
desert willow
searches eastward rush of wind
over my garden wall
a spider stringing anchor line
between gate and tree
believes in wind not willow

Art: “Vine” by Sandy Coomer - 16X20, acrylic pour on claybord
Statement: This piece of art reminds me of the willow branches draping over a wall. The black background represents the unknown. Where will we go when we let go of certainty and let the wind determine our path? Is that where faith comes in?
